Craig Mullan

Principal & Director

Craig is the founder of Flie Legal with over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer. He is committed to offering an easy, simple and clearly defined process in the areas of conveyancing, wills and estate planning.
Craig never loses sight of his vision for Flie Legal to be an innovative law firm that is 100% client focussed, and providing a positive experience through practical and affordable services.

Anthony Bieniak

Lawyer

Anthony holds a double degree in Business and Law from Swinburne University, combining legal insight with commercial experience across a range of industries.
He is a key member of the Flie Legal estate planning team, and is committed to ensuring clients are well-informed, supported and engaged through legal processes. engagement with the practice.

Jane Busby

Paralegal, Senior Conveyancer

Jane is the senior conveyancer at Flie Legal, and brings over 30 years of experience in the legal sector, and providing our clients with support on all matters relating to conveyancing.
She pays exceptional attention to detail and will not hesitate to flag any concerns or issues that may encountered as part of a property sale or purchase.
Additionally, Jane has extensive broad experience working in the legal sector as a paralegal.

Barbara Westhead

Conveyancing Administration

Barb has been with Flie Legal since the start. With an extensive work history in the legal sector, she provides exceptional admin, conveyancing and estate planning support to all of our clients.
She goes over and above to help each and every client to ensure their legal needs are met.

Belinda Mullan

Office Manager

As our office manager, Belinda works behind the scenes to ensure that all the necessary accounting, administrative, and other processes are in place so that Flie Legal runs smoothly and efficiently.
With experience in the real estate sector, Belinda makes certain that we deliver our clients exceptional service within a quick turnaround time.
In her spare time, Belinda is a volleyball coach, loving all things volleyball particularly watching Lucy play!

Zach Ah-Tye

Assistant

Zach is a new member of the Flie Legal Team and is currently undertaking a double degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy Economics at Monash University. He works as an assistant with Flie Legal, not only providing support to the team, but gaining valuable experience for when he achieves his qualifications.
Outside of study and work, Zach is a coach for indoor and beach volleyball at both a club and state level. And to top it off in his spare time, enjoys playing the cello.
